This tutorial shows you the various ways that you can run a Statistic from Overture to generate a table of results.

Running Statistics from the Toolbar

The simplest way to calculate a statistic is to locate its entry under the Statistics Toolbar button (). When you click this button, a list of all the statistics defined in your project will be displayed:

Selecting the desired statistic from the list will run it and produce the corresponding table of results:

Running Statistics from the Start Page

You can also run statistics from the Start Page. To do this, you will first need to locate the "Statistics" sub section. You can reach this by first clicking on Analysis:

Then click on Statistics:

This will show you the statistics sub page:

Select the desired statistic from the pull-down list, then click the Calculate button to generate the table of results.

Calculating All Statistics

You can also use the Start Page to calculate all statistics in one go. To do this, locate the "Statistics" sub section as above and then scroll down to "Functions":

Click the Calculate All Statistics button to run all statistics in your project.
