When you lease Overture, you automatically get online product support for the full
duration of your lease. All perpetual licenses include free online support for the
first year. Our online support package includes all product updates and access to
our email-based support services.
For larger organizations, customers interested in perpetual licenses, or those who
have specific support requirements, we offer a range of flexible product support

Reporting Problems
We understand that unreliable products and slow support can cost you time and money,
so we pride ourselves in the speed with which we turn problems around.
Our products are high quality and have been rigorously tested, but occasionally
problems may arise.
Overture's built-in feedback system makes fault reporting simple. It is raised automatically
if Overture encounters something unexpected, or you can launch it manually from
the Feedback option under the
Help Menu
from within Overture.
Alternatively you can contact us by email. We guarantee a useful and relevant reply
to all customer support requests within one business day.
