The Site Markers Map is used when drawing the locations of the sites on the
map.
Properties
The site markers map has the following properties:
- Name. This is the name of the map, as it
appears in the map's
Layers
viewer.
- Entity Labeling. This is the
Labeling
that will be applied to the site markers. This can be left blank if no label is
required.
- Label Anchor Pixel Offset. This is the offset
that will be used when placing the label, as measured in pixels. Increase this if
the label is too close to the site.
- Label Background. This is the color of the
label's background.
- Label Color. This is the foreground color
used for the label.
- Label Font. This is the font used to render
the text of the label.
- Entity Coloring. This is the
Coloring
that will be applied when drawing the site markers.
- Minimum Pixel Radius. This is the smallest
size in pixels that the site markers will become. Site markers have an absolute
width as specified by the Radius property.
As you zoom in, the site markers will assume this value.
- Only Show Active. If set to True,
then site markers will only be shown for active sites. If False, then all
site markers will be shown.
- Only Show Selected. If set to True,
then site markers will only be shown for the selected sites. If False, then
all site markers will be shown.
- Radius. This controls the apparent size of
the site marker on the map. The actual size of the marker depends on the zoom level
and the setting of the Minimum Pixel Radius
property.
- Show Outline Glow. If set to True,
then a glow is placed around the edge of each site marker to make it easier to see
against varied background.
- Central Dot Resolution. All site markers
have a central dot representing the absolute site location. The dot is only displayed
when the zoom is sufficiently deep.
