Overture can import and export data to and from Microsoft Excel 2003 or later versions.

In Office 2010, Microsoft introduced a new installation option called Click-to-Run, which does not support automation. This means that it can't be used by Overture for import and export.

To use Excel automation in Overture, you must install Office using the MSI system instead of Click-to-Run. More details can be found here: Click-to-Run: Switch to using an MSI-based Office edition.
