The Site Planner module also installs a new entry in the Start Page. You can reach the Site Planner section by first clicking on Optimization:

The site planner page has three main sections, detailed below.

Planning

This section lets you access the main site planning functions, as described here. You can also access the properties of the site planning component by clicking on the button.

Review

Site planning processes the currently selected set of sites, and this section is designed to help you modify the selection.

• Select Planned Sites. This selects all planned sites. A site is considered to be Planned when the Selection Date Flag is set and the site has not been rejected.
• Select Unplanned Sites. This selects all unplanned sites.
• Select All. This selects all sites.

Editing

This section lets you modify the selected set of sites.

• Plan Selection. This sets the Selection Date Flag on all selected sites. The value entered for the selection date will be the current date and time and will be set sequentially across the selection.
• Reject Selection. This clears the Selection Date Flag flag on all selected sites, and sets the Site Rejection Flag to the reason highlighted in the combo box: You can select one of the existing reasons from the combo-box, or if none of these are appropriate, you can enter a new reason by clicking on the text and typing directly into the combo-box.
• Activate Selection. This sets the Active property of all selected Radios to be true.
• Deactivate Selection. This sets the Active property of all selected Radios to be false.
